First tank...
At 274 miles, my reading was 27.2 mpg on the display, and 29 mpg calculated on fill-up - after 75% city/25% highway driving, 6MT

I averaged 31.4 on the way home with my new car over 270 miles. Speeds 65-80 lots of up and down hills, but mostly flat-ish.
I just filled up after driving to work and back and was at 27. That is mostly city driving, 25-40 MPH. 7 miles to work. That was higher than I expected as it was almost the same as my old Veloster got back and forth to work. |

So this was a very anecdotal observation but it seems like my fuel economy increases on warmer dry days. I drive about 35 miles to work all freeway and it seems like my little gas meter reads lower on damp cold days. Does this make sense?

1600 miles so far, dash displays 29.4mpg (65% hwy/35% city), calculations put me right around the 28-29 mark, so a little better than my last daily driver.

I'm averaging around 19mpg right now and I'm at 610 miles, about 90% city driving with lots of stop signs and traffic lights. Not totally pumped about that.
Filling up with Premium and running AT. It probably doesnt help that its 100 degrees and the AC is running strong either. |

I was a little heavier on the pedal with the last tank, ended up with 26.6 calculated, and my average dropped a little to 29.2. Totally worth it. :P
