No, that's not it at all. You stole my money and continue to offer no explanation or refund. There is something deeper going on here and while I don't have the power to find out, law enforcement does. I'm not worried about the money, I already have that back in fact from my CC company(who is pursuing it from Paypal, but it's mine regardless of how that goes). The fact is you committed a crime here and forced me this undue trouble is why you deserve what you have coming to you.

I would urge other members who had their money stolen to do the same.

The explanation is none of your business, it's a personal matter. You may not have received your refund, but it's only been like a business day since the dispute was opened. You'll receive your refund on paypal, i just need to go to my bank first.

I guess I just got scammed to over kw3s I sent you all the texts saying I will pay you 1050$ for kw3s I have all the texts saved and everything and will be going to the police station later today already talked to my friends dads who's a cop and yes this is money fraud you lied and didn't send a product which you advertised to sell to us if you don't have the product and haven't sent what you "said" you were going to send you will face chargers don't ya think this is stupid trying to scam over a few thousand dollars when your lawyer and fees are going to be 10xs as much also you may face jail time stupid move on your part

It's quite reasonable to not believe someone who has lied to me time and time again without known reason. The facts are: You stole money from me, lied to me multiple times, provided no refund, I had to pursue a refund through my Credit Card company and you act like you did nothing wrong.

If you want to make things right, provide full refunds, a clear, honest explanation of what happened and an apology for your actions. Thus far you've failed to follow through on every single thing that you've told me.
