That attitude will get you places..... you just played with a bunch of people's hard earned money so who gives a fuck right???

No biggie I guess.... I've seen a few of your kind come and go, they all end up in the same place sooner or later.

Look, im not gonna go into what happaned to you or what the reason was. I just want to know why lied to me when you said YOU SHIPPED MY HEADER?

Im doing a very extensive build and had booked dyno time to test a header. It was critical to me as I explained to you in my texts.
By you stringing me out and keeping me (and others) in the dark, you screwed with my development schedule and contributed to me missing my next test day.

I believe you owe it to me to explain your side of the story and offer me some kind of retribution.

I worked in military intelligence and if I wanted to find you, I could - very quickly.
Im not going to do that as that would just lead to bad things.

I just want my money back and a logical explenation and/or apology and we can move on.

Tell me - why should I forgive you?

If you have a good reason, then Im ok with that.

Has anyone contacted law enforcement yet? I'm sure plenty of laws were broken here.

IMO we should pool together the actual information we have for him and get a case started.

Best of luck driving your car around the PNW or ever going to any event. Hope it was worth it.

No laws were broken. I did not commit fraud, i did not steal anything. Everyone is receiving their money. This is a civil matter, any self respecting police officer would tell you that. You can't even take me to court regarding this civil matter. Can't take anyone to court over anything regarding paypal...

You expect me to apologize when you threaten to "find me" because you work in "military intelligence"? Do you realize how retarded that statement is? IF you worked in "military intelligence", and you used military systems to find someone over a paypal dispute, you're ass would be in so much trouble. I would really watch what you say, you've already said enough to incriminate yourself. I know who you are, i know where you live. If you truly are "military intelligence" and threatening to "find me", at the very least i'd say that's grounds for an article 15.

Look, this is addressed to everyone. I'm sorry this happened, i truly am. I don't expect any of you to take this apology. I realize i fucked this up.

Actually it's quite criminal according to Oregon state law and is a felony. Paypal is valued as real money. Seeing as you've provided no real explanation, I see no reason why we shouldn't pursue legal action. You stole my, and other people's, money plain and simple.

164.055¹
Theft in the first degree
(1) A person commits the crime of theft in the first degree if, by means other than extortion, the person commits theft as defined in ORS 164.015 (Theft described) and:
(a) The total value of the property in a single or aggregate transaction is $1,000 or more;

Would someone with his real name and info please PM me? I'll go ahead and forward this on to police as time permits.

I did not steal anything. Everyone willfully sent me their money. I did not extort it, or take it in any other illegal manner.

If i stole you're money, why are you getting it back? Why do you have an open paypal dispute? Call the police, they will tell you it's a civil matter.

If i was trying to commit a crime, and steal peoples money, why would i be working with everyone on getting their refunds? You have an open dispute, after i go to my bank i plan on hitting the refund button.

My original intent was to ship out all parts paid for, something happened, shit happens. Now i am working with everyone so they can receive their refund. Including the 1 person who sent it as a gift, and the other person who opened a dispute and closed it. 1 person has already received their refund, and 1 person i sold something to received what they purchased.

Once again, no crime has been committed. You're just pissed off because someone told you something, and it didn't happen. I get that.
