Love the 86. More than any car I've ever owned. I'm keeping this one.
You wouldn't happen to be the guy me and my drunk friends were talking to in the Cotixan's drive thru, would you?

Haha, well put!

According to this I'm saving my life and/or cash by just going with the 86 before all those high hp toys

The nice thing about the FR-S is that it rewards driving better. I just have to make sure I downshift properly. Then it feels a lot better. Remember, 2nd goes to about 58mph and third goes above everything legal.

The E46 M3 market must be flooded with cars right now.

To sum it up, I would say the FRS is the more fun, spirited driving car. But the ST is the nicer, more practical DD. For a long cross country drive, I'd prefer the ST but day to day and on the track, the FRS is more my cup of tea

Mazdaspeed3 with the entire intake path opened up. Stupid amounts of torque for a front wheel drive. She'll bark the tires going into 3rd. Cobb springs and rear bar and 8 inch wide rims all around. The car is fun, but with 95,000 miles on her, it's either build it or move on. I'm tired of a stick and test driving the FR-S is the most fun I've had with an automatic in a long, long, time so it looks like I'll be joining the Scion club. Although after what I've read today, I'm going to wait for the '14 model year.

Came from a 1988 mustang GT with a 408 stroker dyno'd and tuned at JBA customs in SD 470HP 525TQ with a 150shot I miss the raw TQ of the mustang but love the driving experience of the FRS and gas mileage
