FRS Seats are good but I still slide around like crazy during autox. Need to wear velcro pants

I definitely like them better than the seats I had in my STI.

Yep same here. The seats in my 09 STI were awful for any kind of aggressive driving. Much prefer the seats in the FR-S.

Story time.

So after dinner last night and walking to the parking garage, @disgruntld agreed to let me drive the BRZ home. I get in and adjust the seat, side mirrors, because I'm so short. But I went to adjust the rear view and the minute I touch it, the whole damn thing falls off of the windshield!!!

Totally not my fault, but the whole drive home I couldn't see behind me and he had a look on his face like somebody just ran over his dog or something. It was actually pretty funny. I made him hold it up when I wanted to look back because I was being high maintenance. Like the car.

Anyways, it looked like any easy fix, but how did it come loose? We listen to the music loud sometimes, but the stereo is all stock...? Imagine if that happened while driving! Would have flipped out.

Nah it was garaged parked for awhile and it was two different screws attaching it that were loose.

Do any of you notice that your rearview mirror seems loose? I have to readjust it every few days because it seems like the left side drops a little

I've heard quite a few people say that their mirror fell off randomly. Mine is loose, I plan on putting some Loctite on the screws.

It seems that you broke it. You probably have been working out and were unable to scale your strength and the poor mirror was your first victim.

You need this part: http://www.colonialsubaruparts.com/P...ode=H501SSA040

Apparently the mounting plate isn't threaded so it's easily stripped by the 2 mounting screws if overtorqued during install

The gas light is off :\ 1.x gallons my butt. Filled up 11.8....drove 30 miles since it came on. I say it's off.

If any locals want to try plasticoating...buddy turned me to Raail.com in Rockville. Talked me into trying it. Site has color chart, roughly 1k/car. Can do gloss too.

Waiting for gloss clear: (Though it's HOT in flat...lol)
