So on the Tarmac 0's, which spring rate would be slightly stiffer than RCE Yellows on stock struts?

yeah and please everyone send a shout out to Little M as her 2000 Audi S4 ( Smurf blue) was hit by some idiot a few days ago. Being a true car girl she was very upset. She even had thoughts of doing a LS1 swap into a BRZ until her insurance company said they were NOT going to total it.
BTW her car had Stasis Ohlins, GT3 brakes, full alcantara interior and a 4inch downpipe ! Sickness on wheels. True car chic to the MF-core ! Myles |

Tell her, her car is in our thoughts. Hopefully it'll still drive straight after they've pulled it back into shape. Oh, and is she ok? |

For those that have put these on themselves in driveway or garage. How long did it take you?

Two hours should be enough if you're proficient. Three if you're taking your time, torquing everything with a torque wrench, and you have to install the top mounts with a spring compressor.

I've swapped struts several times on various Subies over the years. With the proper tools and assistance it's possible to get it done just like Calum said. Research what's needed and make sure it's what you have or can get to quickly because it's a pain leaving a car hanging while you wait for the proper tools.
