Bahahaha Toyota/Scion will be guarding those headlights like a fat lady guards the slice of cake hiding in her purse.

If we could order that easily, I would get a red FRS and call it a day.

If I could get that... and the Dual Climate... I wouldn't be waiting for my 10 series...

Yeah that is what I was figuring. Guess I will have to pay the price to play and get some from overseas.

I think ots worth the price... Those JDM headlamps by themselves cost over $2k. Im already used to climate control and I love it, dont really like adjusting the knobs depending on how i feel. Push to start . Its already paid for itself. Im probably gonna get annoyed by the scion light up logo inside though... thats easily fixable

Same story here.

Now I am hearing that they got all of the cars they were expecting on Monday today, with the exception of any of the 10 Series models (not just the FR-S).

Sounds to me like something is up with the 10 Series in general, and Toyota doesn't want to say.

I just hope they fix it before my car gets here. I would rather have them catch any problems at the factory and correct them rather than get a car with issues and rely on the dealer to correct it. I can wait if the car is what I am expecting it to be.

Haven't bought anything yet but the BRZ would have to have a BIG performance advantage (turbo anyone?) for me to go with it over the FRS. The FRS looks a lot better in my oinion.

Imagine the problem was that those glowing lights weren't lighting up when they're supposed to......lol

Maybe they are parking them in a warehouse with really bright lights shining on them, to charge up the shift knobs.

That's only for the AT... they should at least release the manuals!

That's what I was wondering back in post #1056. But as you pointed out in post #1058, 10 Series are built in different plants so speculation about paint quality issues is probably inaccurate.

However, as of today mine is still sitting in Japan and nobody can say why.

At this point I'm leaning toward the theory that they're holding all Series 10's at the POE's until there's one per dealer of every model to sell in the interest of fairness in transit time to outlying dealers.

You realize that the moment one of those hits PR, all hell is going to break loose... Us Puertorricans aren't known for our patience...
