I thought this would happen. Guys, bad news: the FR-S 10 Series does not exist! Only a handful were made to make commercial and celebrate 10 year anniversary! Damn!!!! Well im off to the dealer to buy an argento

Could the problem be that the pre-order volume was higher than expected? And they want to flesh out the inventory if the 10 series a little more before delivering to the dealerships?

I've looked all over scions web page and can't find a single date other then June... I don't see how it's scion fault that some dealerships sent out the day they was suppose to take delivery of the car..

It would still be better to have these cars in their owners hands out showing it to the world, then maybe a neighbour or coworker would say damn I like that silver ignition, I'mma go get myself a TC or FR-S (if they aren't sold out). Sitting at port is not doing them any good.

My Chicagoland dealer just called me with my VIN #. Confirms that he's looking at receiving mid-July, because all of these destined for Chicago are still at the building stage.

I don't know if there is a shipment that I've missed out on.

Dealer also confirmed that these Limited Edition FR-S's are 2013. I had read some news articles that called them 2014, but I double-checked the pricing pre-release from May and indeed it says 2013. I'm kind of bummed about that, would have preferred 2014. Plus, now I'm a little more afraid they will put the nicer interior in 2014's come Fall.
