Got the stud fully drilled out a little while ago so it should bolt up find to the overpipe now, should i use the old gaskets for this month while i wait on my header or should i use the new ones and just buy more when i put the new header in

Rear gasket would probably disintegrate. Donut gasket will be okay depending on how rough you are with it. Header to overpipe gasket should be okay too. I have spares of all 3 if you're in the Rockville area anytime. I'd use your current gasket and save the new one for the header.

The studs on my header snapped too. Lots of heat helps. The studs were cherry red when we removed them. I use bolts on it now as its easier to drop the header that way instead of trying to pull the exhaust back a few inches to clear the studs.

If you want, I've got an extra set of generic close-ended red lugs + key in the correct size (12x1.25), never used, that I can sell for pretty cheap. PM me if interested.

i've got a set of kics caliber 24 in blue, but 12x1.5, if anyone needs lugs for a different car..
