Because the area is tapered, this depth increases the smaller the magnet diameter is, and likewise decreases the larger the magnet diameter is. If there is a question as to whether your woofer will fit, please contact us and if it is really close we will mock up a woofer profile and check the fit.

The volume measurements were also spot on with our projected amount at 0.75 cu ft. measured with fine grain media.
How about the 8"? I ask because different woofers require different size enclosures. If yours is too large, blocks can be put inside to take up the extra space, but if too small...

If you guys made something similar to these but for the backseat instead of the trunk I'd throw down money. Basically the area where that poor excuse of a speaker is in the backseat... fill that area to hold a low to mid profile 8" sub. That would be money and would look amazing.

The 8" is a completely different enclosure. We do not yet have a final product for the 8" to measure the final parameters but I trust that it will be just as our prototype. The 8" will have about a 5.5" depth with a 5.5" diameter magnet and will be roughly .4 cu ft in volume.

We also offer to reduce the internal airspace of any of our enclosures to better fit your woofers needs, in the form of foam and a fiberglass partition.

Details on the 8" enclosure can be found Here

I was curious as to the 8, but what I'll want is the 10. Your original post described a two-tier special price deal. The best being a complete pre-order then a second after that ends. Where do we find details on the second special?

Thanks you for your interest! We are filling all of the orders from the 10" Passenger side pre order sale first and then we will release the enclosure to the rest of the market at an introductory sale price. Look for this launch to happen near the end of the month either on here or our website.

On the other side of the trunk, the 10" Driver side pre order sale will go up very soon, we just keep pushing the sale back a week because we want to make sure that we are in full swing of taking care of our current orders and our 8" Passenger side mold before committing to take on more orders.

Is there an email list I can sign on to be notified when pre-orders pop up or the passenger side 10" sub is available?

Yes, but to make it easier to keep track of please PM or email me with the title "Notify Me" and specify in the comments what you would like to be notified about. I will go through the list and let everyone know accordingly, just before I post any sale or product releases.

Thanks

I received my enclosure today

It's so much better than I could have ever made. I'm glad I didn't attempt making one. I'm so ready to do my audio install, but time is my enemy. I'm hoping to start installing everything in the next few weeks.

Hello!

I currently have a 04' Tiburon, which has a factory sub in the trunk. I pick up my BRZ July 1st. I realized that I'm going to lose my sub :-(

My heart is a bit broken; but these enclosures look really good. How are people driving them? Stock radio plus amp hidden somewhere? Not to hijack this sales thread at all. It's more of a "If I buy this enclosure what is the suggested way of powering the sub?".

Thanks!
