I've looked at this post a couple times in the past. Thanks a lot. Let me try to make a contribution to it.

I've used Rock Auto in the past. That coupon code in the how did you hear about us should give you 5% off.

I'll let you know how these TYC OEM spec lights are.

They actually applied another discount so it came out to:

$ 57.52 shipped for the pair

Let me add absolutely nothing to the original foglight post.

I bought the pair of "JDM" foglight housings, but haven't bought any actual foglights yet. The OEM ones that everyone is getting from the Outback (?) isn't too exciting IMO (no offense to anybody who already got them - I might still go down that route in the future).

I was actually thinking about just using the foglight housings to make brake air ducts with. I've seen some carbon fiber ones sell for $309 over at FT86speedfactory, but maybe there's a cheaper alternative that would still look pretty cool. This is totally just for looks as I don't have any overheating problems with my brakes since I don't track my car.

Cheap fog lights

Hey, Guys

Just wanted to share what I found

So I've been really wanting fog lights so much and I did so much research on it and well I wanted to get them but not pay $80+ Im gonna install them tonight. I got the Fog lights for $16 each. What i found out is The Outback fog lights are the same for the Ford Focus Fiesta Chevrolet Cruze Peugeot 307 AND a Lot of Ford/Lincoln uses these fog lights. cheapest you can find for it is probably 25$-35.

These should help you guys pay less then needed. so far i've spent only $80+ with front and rear fogs and bezel and wirings. with fog enable dash light . No stalks

They are the Valeo Fogstar fog lights. Valeo made them to be the "world fog" (think world engine) .

You will find at least a car or two has them from just about any manufactures. They are either flat like the one shown by Lanbaldo3 , or angled one which can be found on the entire line of Toyotas.

The rear look identical on all of them

Flat lens: (What you want )

Angle lens: (You do NOT want )

There are a few variations between how the reflector angles, models project more light to the side has less distance, while the one shoot further down the road project less light to the side. But physically they are all interchangeable.

Do you guys know where else to get the foglight bezel for the frs?
Amayama.com (i could not find any "buy it now" nor "add to cart" or anything like that, rather than "accepted inquired" with order has not been made)
nigel-jdmparts pick up option seems to be a little bit laggy (no email respond as to where or when that i can pick it up- i guess i have to order it from nigel-jdmparts.com even-though they are like 5 miles somewhere away from my house)
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I got mine through Amayama.com. They will get back to you with a quote in a day or so. Got shipped over from Japan pretty quickly actually (a couple days after I paid).

I still haven't bought anything else (ie foglights) though.... just have the bezels right now.

Thank you for the excellent DIY
I finally finished the wiring correctly, this is for step 22.
I bought these from Tweak'd Performance

The one on the left is the only one that worked for me

or maybe this one if you can figure out how to insert it
