Dude I've literally been waiting since October. My dealer is clueless about the HPFP problem to this date.

manufactured on 2/13, have the crickets. perhaps it was still assembled before the new pump revision...

Welp, mine was replaced this weekend and crickets gone but I'm kinda scared it'll come back now. Ruh roh!

I'M ON MY 4TH PUMP NOW and the $&@$&@ noise is back louder than ever! I told the dealership I will be back every month so they can replace it. The mall is beside the dealership so I really don't care. Will Toyota ever fix it? Prob not.

Over 200 miles put on since my hpfp was replaced on Thursday. No sound yet.

I bought my car in late may of 2013. Cricket noise came o. After 236 miles. First fill up!!! So at about 450 2nd fill up different gas station. "SHELL" Cricket noise went away. 3rd at 700miles shell again cricket noise has yet to come back. I've made a youtube video "frs cricket noise solution" it was really bad after the first fill up. Tier 1gasoline will do the job for you guys honestly look up tier 1 gas

33 days on green dot HPFP, over 1,700 miles, 93 Octane E10 (Sam's Club Gas), Temperature in the high 90's, still no chirp.

I used Shell gas exclusively in my FR-S and BRZ, both still had the chirp. I'm waiting to see how people with the latest fix fare over a few thousand miles before I schedule a repair with my dealer.

Can we get another poll started, something that covers the green dot boxes and whether or not people have had it replaced, and or solved relative to how many miles driven? It's getting hard to follow this multi-paged cricket threads. I would do it if I knew how to make one. But I think an Admin needs to?
