Agreed... I only hate Miami cause of Lebron, but Wade became a lil bitch when Lebron came and just handed over his leader title... which he shouldn't have since he won a championship ring all by himself... unlike Lebron having to team up with 2 superstars at their peak to gain his first ring... I have 0 respect for him.

Had it been like boston, where the Big 3 where already in decline (Garnett and Allen where 32, and pierce was 30 during their playoffs) I wouldn't have minded as much.

Well, granted he wasn't in his prime, Shaq was on the Heat when they won the championship. FWIW

True... but shaq was so big that even just standing below the basket was enough to stop anyone from driving to the basket...

I will admit, he is the single best player in the league right now...

I wasn't referring to you or anyone in particular in this thread, just people who hate just because. I understood your point.

There will always be haters, Jordan was hated when the league was his, Kobe has always been hated, it is what it is. Again, I respect people who don't like the Heat/Lebron coming from a basketball standpoint.

Yet, Tim Duncan and Kevin Durant aren't hated... I wonder what the difference is... oh that's right, attitude.

TD and KD don't act like spoiled little shits. They don't openly call out officiating on a regular basis. They don't have web pages with GIF montages showing them flopping. They don't refer to themselves in the third person as royalty. Oh, and they don't need WCW pyrotechnic introductions whenever they join a team. Did Kobe or Jordan ever do that?

No, they play their game and make their TEAM better. I have all the respect in the world for them and feel that they are infinitely better players and human beings than LeB(itch) James or D(ouche) Wade

I used to like the heat, and LBJ when he was humble. Their success didn't directly affect my contempt for them. The effect it had on them, did.

Great points on KD and Tim for sure and agree they are not hated.

But, Jordan and Kobe were/are hated even though they didn't need the pirotechnic introductions etc etc.... Why? Envy, jealousy, greatness, etc etc....

If Lebron doesn't play his game to make his TEAMMATES better, I don't know what to tell you...

Maybe I need to delete my post saying I respect your point.. LOL

@2forme EDIT: Its actually funny you say you don't like LBJ now that he is not be humble anymore, because actually ever since loosing the finals to Dallas (he got humbled), he has changed his demeanor immensely and does not require the "pyrotechnic" intros anymore. Last two postseasons has actually REMOVED all pre-game intro antics and gotten off twitter for the playoff run.

NOW having said that..... I do agree with all of you its bullshit to refer to himself as third person royalty. I hate that.

You can respect it and still not agree with it. I never hated Jordan or Kobe. Both were phenomenal athletes and talents. I never understood the whole blind hatred for great players. Appreciate the talent even if it's not on your team.

LeBron is getting better. But he still lacks some team attitude. I can't tell you how many times a play passed him by while he was complaining to the officials about getting breathed on or looked at the wrong way. I'm not just speaking from the last series either. Shut up and get back on defense, the officials aren't there for YOU (even though, they usually are).

EDIT for your EDIT: You can take a person out of a narcissistic environment, but you can't take the narcissism out of the person LOL. He may not do flashy intros anymore, but you can tell he's still VERY self centered. "I don't foul out" a la 2012 post season.

LOL at your last sentence (funny as shit as usual). I understand your points completely. The blind hatred is what I don't understand.

On the refs complains Wade is the master man... GOD, how many plays he lets go because he is back complaining about a foul call? But again, I respect your dislike for them. You have reasons, not just because.

You are absolutely correct.

They really need to make Miami Heat branded binkies for Wade

Gotcha.
Hibbert's is different. I've never seen Bron storm out of the floor after a loss. He at least acknowledges some of the players from the other team. Hibbert reminds me of when Kobe did it several times. In addition, crying is different than a grown 7'2" man almost throwing a tantrum just because they lost. I hope Hibbert can learn from Paul George as he seems to have matured faster.

To be fair, Bron bolted out when Orlando eliminated him 2008 or 09. He learned, and have not done it much. He also didn't salute much after Dallas. But again, he has learned.

Lastly, it is the latest fad to not congratulate the Heat, see Celtics, Bulls, West/Hibbert.

Let us not forget the "jersey incident" when the Celtics eliminated Bron in his last Cleveland season.

I saw him congratulating Celtics... What was the incident? Taking the jersey off in the tunnel? Really?? how man players take their jersey out even while still on the court? Now you are just cherry picking...
