I did my research for witch tuner to take to have the best tune I could have...

I haven't experienced any extreme waiting for replies from Visconti's ticket system. I recognize some folks have a tough time waiting but you need to keep it in perspective.

This has all been discussed in the past. The bottom line is Visconti is basically one man with a huge customer base. He can only do so much in I'm guessing an 18hr work day ?

Just have to be more patient, you will eventually get your updated file and won't be able to stop thanking him for a great tune

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's not 100% satisfied with the latest revision, but doesn't want to send out old stuff when this is coming very soon.

That's why I took him to tune my car, but I would like to know if I will receive it next week or next month....

if i were you, i would get a refund and change to another tuner. He isn't the only guy out there, and there are other E-Tuners with great reviews out there. You shouldn't have to wait extended periods, aka unreasonable, for something you paid your hard earned money for.
