TRD intake

Just went to the dealership to get an oil change, and as I was waiting I went in to the parts department to check out the intake. After getting the invoice of 536.00 for installed. I started talking to him about how I can get it online for 399.00 without install. So he came down to my price and sold it to me for 399.00 without install!! Gets here tomorrow! Can't wait to put it in my car.

Dude its so easy to install. I seriously did it in a Fuddrucker's parking lot. The hardest part is getting a torque driver that measures in inch-pounds of force.

I have a TRD intake and can chime in on the 'how the car feels' questions

I notice a bit more pick up. Not so much when I stomp on it in first - that was always quick. But I notice it when I'm in 4th or 5th around 3200 rpm and want to add a few MPH to the speedo, it seems more responsive. The throttle response is also better.

Honestly, I recommend it completely the lack of sound tube + the added pick-up make it totally worth it, in my opinion. The install is a piece of cake, too.

Get one, and enjoy it
