Previously I had a Seat Toledo II (basically, a bit nicer body on a VW Golf Mk4 platform) with 1.9 TDI engine.
As I usually drive on a long distances (rarely less than 500 km, usually 700), I noticed shorter range on a full tank. In Toledo, I had 860 km to go before I have seen "reserve" light, now 580 km. Trunk in Toledo has 470 litres, here 240. Toledo II - higher torque, easier when starting.
And fuel consumption. In Toledo II, I usually had 5 L/100 km (diesel - cheaper in my country than gasoline 95), which is 47 mpg. Sometimes even a bit better. Now it is 7.2-8 L/100 km, which is 32.6-29.4 mpg - of quite expensive gasoline 98.
But these two cars are of different worlds. Just economy & practicality vs. fun of driving & superb look.

The 240ftlbs torque from the 2.0 CR TDIs make for an entertaining ride. While you're not really moving that fast the feeling of speed still puts a smile on your face.

Asphalt ftw dude! We got an auto though. Sorta regret the auto but she loves it so I'm not gonna say anything lol. Since its a lease and after quite some time on these forums already I've decided I probably won't do any mods besides probably an e85 tune, that seems soooo worth it
