I buying the iq and frs and only got vin for iq so far still waiting on dealer

Adding another Series 10 to the garage. Girlfriend just ordered a Series 10 a/t . Maybe she won't realize that her Jdm headlights will be missing since I will take them off and keep it as a extra set

I have emailed every dealer within about 100 miles of me here in Charleston, and out of the 10 or so that I talked to, only two had any clue of what I was talking about. One on Friday tried to say well they are 2014 so they will not be out until October, but that he would sell it at invoice

At any rate, the main dealer who actually knew about them said he would take a $500 dollar deposit, which would get me the car when it comes, which is showing as being here within the next 90 days. He said he had no way of knowing if it would be an Automatic or a Manual, and that he could request one, as long as it hadn't already been allocated from the port, but that either way he could trade the AT for the MT. Is this pretty much the process all of you have gone through to get yours?

At least listening to dealers talk out of their ass is pretty entertaining

. First dealer I talked to:

Me: I'd like to talk to you about ordering an FR-S 10 Series.
Dealer: Oh yeah, I think we sold two of those last week (May).
Me: Well, probably not, since they don't come out until June.
Dealer: I don't know, I am pretty sure we had a Limited Black one last week.
Me: Well, probably not still, since they are all going to be silver... Let's go look at your product's website and I will show you what I am talking about.

Halfway tempted to just get the Limited BRZ at this point, but I really like the front of the Scion better, don't really want the BRZ seats, and I think I am going to like the paint.

Yeah, the track seems strange consider it's last port was Astoria (Portland). Must be using last gen BeSpoke nav.

If it's last stop was Portland, that most likely means no Series 10's are aboard. The first ones arrive Portland on Tuesday 6/04.

that what i was told by one of the guys in california that this was the ship that dropped off some already in Oregon
