so, I didn't find it but -- Can you turn on the fog lights with the 'parking/quarter lights' on ? or do the lights have to be on for the fog lights to be on ? anyway, PM me with a price please - thanks. Im leaning towards getting this although I really wish I can have someone do it instead -- for me.

Since they are OEM installed with the stalk, your headlights need to be on in order for them to work. Also when you turn on your high beams, the fog lights will turn off automatically. At first I was bummed out that they didn't turn on with the parking lights but I thought about it and it makes more sense that they turn on with just the headlights and not the parking for better visibility. I got my fog light kit from ishii motor, which I love btw

Sounds good, I should be getting my second FRS (10 Series) mid July and if thats the case I would buy this in as hard beat, once you find out.
