There is an internal bypass valve that recirculates internally to just after the TB.

Jelly after driving @robispec 's car for a few min on Tuesday night.

My impression when driving the car was that unlike my NA car, robispec's car had more power available as soon as you touched the gas pedal. Once the car was up in the 4500+ RPM range you'd better be holding onto that steering wheel because it felt like the car would pull away from you. AMAZING.

I think what Tom was trying to say: You're as likely to see a unicorn, as you are to see one of these blowers in the wild! ;-) Much respect to everyone involved. It feels like just yesterday when I was drooling over this unit at SEMA. Can't wait to see this product enter full on production!

I'm very interested in how it responds going on-off-on throttle. Not that it matters too much since it'll still be the best FI option for that regardless.

I was asking about the bypass because I'm working on a compound-charged idea.

Been driving it to and from work the past few days in SD traffic. No issues what so ever. Drives like stock. Albeit with a much more torque.

and DAT sound...

the car feels like you dropped a vq35 into it (only it still weights the same ;-) )
throttle response is instant just mor everywhere on and off is direct and linear.
