All I know its up to the Spurs now the last resort to keep the Heat MIA from the title at this point. Memphis really got taken to school. SMH
And jumping in on the Wade to Stephenson hit. At first it looked like a totally bogus missed call. Though you guys are questioning whether the hit (elbow) was intentional. I don't think so. Refs should have just called a foul from the beginning and move on.

In the heat of the moment (no pun intended) you got to do what you got to do in middle of a play. Wade was just trying to get back on d for the next developing play. You could see he was intending to throw him self over/around Stephenson, but as lazy as he was he should have just been called for a foul when he ran into Stephenson. Any player or athlete would most likely have done the same as Wade did. If it means it cuts down a 1/10th of a second to get back on defense or offense, then so be it. Whatever you have to do to win. I know I would have.

the wade elbow should have at least been a foul. and intentional or not isnt the issue, its a league uniformity. if that had been ron artest, he would have been ejected and suspended for a couple games. make the call or dont, but do the same on both sides of the court.

You do realize half of the Celtics starting line up are punks. Rondo being public enemy #1. I kno you haven't forgotten about Pierce headbutting James Jones last year...

I never said they weren't. But none of them have racked up the hit list that Mr. Wade has. Nor do they get the preferential treatment that Wade does. When's the last time Wade was suspended? Seems like he likes to do it in high profile games.

I'll hear it from others at a bar that Rondo is a punk, yeah the dude gets chippy with others, no problem there imo. For Garnett's case he's always been doing the same old thing since he first entered the league. Plays with attitude and grittiness and that's what every team could use. Dirty though? Hell no. Same goes for anyone trying to say Wade is dirty too. You want dirty players then look up Bowen and Artest, they're the best examples of dirty players.

Very good game yesterday! I want to make this clear: In the 2011 palyoffs, I made peace with the Refs, I DONT complain about them anymore. It is what it is, bad calls everywhere. Its not easy being a ref. Try being one for your local 5-6 year old kids, then multiply that by a million and you get the idea what is it that these guys have to do.
Just want to say @2forme, see that there are bad calls against the Heat too? Lebron's 5th and 6th fouls. AGAIN NOT COMPLAINING, just pointing it out so people see the conspiracy theories are overblown. I know there were several bad calls at each side throughout the game, but specifically Lebron, who is so "protected" by the league, they would have never allowed such travesty

But I've finally made it over the hump of hoping the NBA had some integrity. I just watch it for what it is; entertainment, not a professional sport. Last nights game was indeed interesting. I wish I could be THAT bad at my job and still get paid handsomely to do it. LeBron needs a lot more than 2 bad calls against him to make up for years of no calls LOL. I love how he whined about the officiating after, and yet won't get fined. |

Also, me making peace with them has nothing to do with favoring calls with the Heat, again it is what it is and there are numerous bad calls against them too.
