So planning on removing all of my emblems Friday. I understand how to do the front and rear Scion badges, curious if anyone has pulled the "FR-S" as well as the piston badges? Same way?

The side pistons have molded plastic around them. So if you take them off it still has the outline. If frs does not have alignment pu ns like the scion do. Only adhesive.

Put a piece of tape under it before you take it off and leave the tape there until you get the badge back then just line it up to the tape again.

De-badging?

If any of you BRZ guys are thinking of de-badging, I'd be interested in buying your badges.

For those who changed their pulleys, what are the noticeable differences? Also if you don't mind, what brand did you get and why?

I'm interested in riding shotgun if that's ok just to feel what it's like.

Take measurements or mask off the badge location if you are pulling and then replacing. Blue tape is your friend.

I have the Perrin pulley on my AT. Even on an auto the acceleration improvement is noticeable. I would like to think that it feels smoother. @SMOKETREES experienced this first hand. @Yruyur has a nice little write up on the pulley I believe. His posts convinced me to buy mine.

Very good mod for the price IMHO.

Track time!

Here is the link to Sierra Sports car club's evening event on the cart track in Tuscon this Saturday. Read it carefully. I believe you need to be an SCCA member or you can buy a day membership.
Does look like a lot of fun.

I have a perrin, they are pretty much all the same. Round and made of aluminum. I only notice a difference on rev matching. Which is generally all the time. Rpm does get up there quicker.

No real other changes noticed.

I have gone from it back to stock when I had to return my other car and I could tell the difference after running it for a while.

I've also heard there was a problem with switching them out. i saw a post about it and it was talking about some crap with how hard it was to line up everything and get everything to fit properly. im wanting to swtich mines out with the same pully that you have as well.
