You can probably fix that rear camber by aligning your rear subframe

Let me know how the 255 build heat during AutoX. Will you have a co-driver? We only get about 4 runs in the morning and 4 more runs in the afternoon so getting the 255s to temp could be problem if only running one person in the fall and winter. I ran 215 rivals co-driving my roommate's car and the tires warmed up rather quickly and stayed relatively constant.

The Rivals work pretty well whether they are hot or cold, in my experience on 225s. Now if you are talking 40 degrees cold thats another story. George lives in Florida so I don't think he has to worry too much about fall and winter temps.

Very non-traditional course today, where HP ruled. I got schooled by the SC Miata that I normally beat on asphalt usually by .1-2--by a whopping .7--dang... NO slaloms & plenty of prolonged WOT.
The Rivals are different, but certainly not noticeably better than R-S3s, IMO. I still need to work on rebound to find the sweet spot for these tires--as the sidewall feels stiffer. Maybe once I get it on a typical course & figure out the settings, I'll rave abt the Rivals... lol Auto-Hauss--there was no issue w/ building heat today ;-) dwx is right--we'll see this winter if it's as temp-dependent as the Hankooks. Gremlin--I had the Whitelines bushings installled & no help. Waiting on the Fig eccentrics to take care of the issue. It was coming into contact pretty severely today. |

It's actually gunmetal ;-)
Rob & Hugo, the course was not Twin friendly--even my car w/ power bolt-ons & tune (8k limiter) was wheezing. lol I have an in-car, but not sure if I'm going to upload because the view outside the windshield in mostly washed out (can't get the Drift camera to record properly that way). |
