A man came from Tucson and brought me cookies.

Also: a trunk!

The swap was pretty easy, by far the biggest pain was getting the bottom 2 bolts to align correctly.

Also, I noticed that there's a VIN sticker on the trunk for some reason, but we were easily able to pull it / re-stick without issue.

Much easier than I assumed it was going to be.
