The Nepean Costco gets Shell Gas.

Same Stuff for much less.

That said, I've never seen so many clueless people trying to get gas all in one place all at the same time.

Did you just pick this up?

I have visconti's tune and I am running on e85 not. Visconti's dyno shows a stock car gaining 34whp on e85 over bone stock... But the torque dip is just lessened not eliminated. I love the tune!!!! Wish I could rid the torque dip though. I'd rather get a catback before headers though.... I guess I'll just wait and live with the dip for now.

Just got the tune. Had the other stuff so I don't know what I've gained over stock. As for the tq dip... It's not 100% gone but its so small now compared to stock that its not noticeable . 34 whp on just a tune is very high...I can't see it being that high but dynos can really vary...

I thought I read that the Visconti tune was 20hp stock and 34 whp with intake/exhaust?

It is an e85 tune. e85 is about 105 octane which allows for more advanced timing. It makes alot more power than a regular 91/93 octane tune.

incase you haven't seen it, here is Visconti's dyno results: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...light=visconti

I understand that dyno's vary and 34 HP isn't a guarrantee, but the gains shown must fairly accurate.

Edit: I ran a 14.36 @ 100.6mph at luskville.

I think he is hitting about +40whp with e85 intake and exhaust. some guys are getting over 205ish at the rear wheel

Not to be a downer but gaining 50hp to the wheels is just not realistic...as our cars make 150-160whp stock. if 200+ whp was possible with only intake exhaust and e85 tun we would all be throwing our wallets at it lol......it would have to be a see it to believe it scenario

Not too shabby, 100+mph trap speed is great.

If 34hp on E85, I am more inclined to believe it. You can make good power through a tune using E85.

Actually a lot of people are at the +200whp mark with these mods, and a lot of people are throwing their wallets at it. I am one of them. I don't have an exhaust yet though, or an intake, (just this tune, a drop in filter and light weight rims):happy0180:

Edit: try looking around this site for people with the e85 tune with their dynos results. they are all around the range of 190whp to 205whp (dyno variation)

BTW: only place to get e85 in ottawa is now the mcewen on bank street. the GreenStop is out of business.

Hmm well if so that's great! I am not claiming to be super knowledgable when it comes to the e85 tune lol just sounded to good to be true....I guess it makes sense... The dyno I was on just spit out crazy low #s......it gave a new stock sti 200whp and anywhere else they dyno at 230-245whp. So that dyno gave me 156whp so I'm guessing any other one would say closer to 185-190

Most guys are getting baseline numbers between 160 and 175 bone stock (depending on the dyno) Some mustang dynos have read as low as 150 stock.

In the link I posted you can see the baseline number was 160 I think - not to far off yours.

an AWD car will show more drive train loss on a dyno than a RWD car. I think that is why STIs are showing whp that low. the engine has to work way harder to spin 4 wheels than just 2

Edit: I haven't dyno'd my car. but I have a Dyno app on my phone. (take this with a grain of salt) before all these mods I was fairly consistantly reading in the 150-155whp range. now with these mods I am consistantly reading in the 180-182whp range, that is a good 30+whp gain just like Visconti's dyno results

Ya I know awd losses more. I'm saying the dyno gave me 156 after all of the mods and tune..not stock and 200 to an sti when all others are 235-245.... Crazy low dyno
