Updates!!

We reworked the lower control arm again for better apperance, and make assembly a little easier for us. We added weld bosses to the arms and now weld from the inside, which provides a cleaner look. The arms are now CNC machined.

From suggestion in this thread we dropped the front lower control arm brace, and added another tube to eliminate flex and increase strength.

We have been reworking all of our suspension pieces so they are adjustable on vehicle. Most of the control arms will also have the option of urethane bushings or rod ends. In general we are pretty flexible to customer suggestions and improvements.

Any questions feel free to email: info@racerxfabrication.com or PM.

Question about adjustability on the front lower control arm.

This may be hard to explain as I can only picture it in my head but I'll give it a go.

Just picturing one side, would it be possible to adjust the length of one rod without also having to adjust the other? The way I see it, if you adjust the length of either rod by itself and not the other, the distance between the two ball joints would change, and seeing how the two mounting points of the LCA to the car are fixed (i.e. fixed distance), this would not be possible. In other words, if you lengthen one rod, you will have to shorten the other and vice versa.

Not sure if I explained that well enough, I could be wrong altogether. Looking for other peoples opinions. Thanks!

As you make adjustments to either arm it will rotate about a fixed point as it moves the wheel. I would suggest making adjustments to both as it will give you the proper settings you are looking for during an alignment.

Hope that helps some. The main difference is we are moving the adjustment point further up the arm instead of closer to the camber arm.

We are working toward making the arm adjustable on the car, which has proven a little difficult but I think we have finally come up with a solution. The rear upper arms are available but currently are not adjustable on the vehicle without removing the arm from the hub.

Finally ready to release!!

Its been a long time coming but we are finally ready to release all of our suspension parts and will be starting a discounted price in the form of a group buy.

Here are the final pics of the suspension parts we are offering. All of our suspension parts will come with black zinc plating to provide corrosion resistance.

Rear lower control arm is available with either urethane bushings for the guys that want to run mostly street duty. The urethane bushing option will reduce the NVH that will be seen from spherical rod ends, but will be more than the OEM bushings. Both the urethane bushings and rod ends are completely adjustable on the vehicle and have great placement for easy adjustment.

Front lower control arms

Our front lower control arms are available with urethane bushings or rod ends. We will also be providing the option of the OEM ball joint, or roll center adjusters for the track minded. The roll center adjustment allows for 2" of adjustment.

Again the rod ends will have higher NVH than the urethane bushing we offer. If you are looking for a direct drop in then I would suggest using the OEM ball joint.

Rear upper control arms

The rear upper control arms are half the weight of the OEM cast arms, and are completely adjustable. They will also be provided with the option of urethane bushings, or spherical bearings. The arms also incorporate the factory bracket to retain factory routing.

These arms are being sent out to coat, and we should have them back tomorrow. I will add a few more pics when they are completed.

Any questions as usual feel free to email or PM.

Hi I'm not that great with these parts, if I go the Coilovers route with a 1.5 to 2" drop. Which parts would I need to keep my alignment in order? Do I need all 3?
