Well bugger me. Would have saved a bit if I waited.
Dual can barbs:
To breather crankcase - 1x 1/2 inch 90 degree
To pcv valve - 1x 3/8 inch 90 degree
To intake tube+manifold - 2x 1/2 inch straight (green barbs as above)

Male -10 AN to hose barb this one is a bit hard to find, this is the only model I came across. Used to connect the catch can outlet to the intake manifold.

Male -10 AN to Male -6 AN Reducer used to connect a Female -6 AN to hose barb 90 degree adapter These two are much easier to find at various online retailers. The -6 AN size matches up well with 3/8ths hoses.

The total cost of these items at this particular vendor is $21.15 + shipping, so far they're the cheapest source of these parts, but most places will be less expensive than Radium.

Of course, you'll also need 3/8ths and 5/8ths hose (or -6AN and -10AN if you can find push-fit hoses sold in AN sizing). A hose clamp is definitely needed to secure the 5/8ths hose to the intake manifold. I would recommend using a hose clamp on all connections, just to be safe. Also optional are AN fitting O-rings. (Radium includes these)

Hopefully this can help save some money on future catch can installs!

I just got my purchase link from Radium. Would picking up a 3 ft -10 AN and a 3 ft -6 AN hose be good lengths to pick up for the install?

3ft of each type should be more than enough for any mounting setup. I would recommend making sure the hose you get is meant for installation on barb connectors, most AN hoses are meant to be installed on traditional AN hose ends. Plus, the barb-type hoses are cheaper. -6 AN Push-Lok and -10 AN Push-Lok.

P.S. Why are so many online parts sites terrible to navigate?

Yeah, 3' is way more than enough (with the right fittings and orientation) - longest run on my setup is less than 2'.

When it comes to buying good quality stuff (hoses, fittings, racing supplies, etc..), Pegasus Racing is my go-to source...

I'm including all the measurements. Mine was done on a mill, but if you're handy with a drillpress it could easily be done that way.



The holes that the Radium bracket mounts to are tapped for 1/4" 20 screws, but they could be drilled the same size as the other holes and nuts could be used.

Parts:
-1/8" Aluminum Plate (cut to 2.5" x 4.5")
-7/8" Vibration Damping U-Bolts (McMaster Carr PN: 3176T45 http://www.mcmaster.com/#u-bolts/=m6ivb8) x2
-1/4" 20 x 1/2" Screws x3
-1/4" Lock Washers x3

I suggest getting the right angle outlet for the catch can. I used the straight outlet and had to angle the the can very slightly so the hose could clear the top of the battery. I'll probably switch at some point but it works for now.

Hey, just to confirm the correct Vibration Damping U-bolt is 7/8? Would you think 1" is a better fit?

Nope, it's 7/8". These are pretty speciffic fit, and a 1" will be way to loose.

Thanks for the confirmation. 13/16 Would be too small? I'm planning on making one but I will only be using 1 U-bolt, so it will need to be 100% snug.
