Picking Wheels is the Hardest Decision..

Ok, so all I do is

and I have some options in mind but either they're way to expensive or they dont fit.

Just to give you guys a run down of what I've searched for:
- Rotiforms BLQ
- CCW LM20
- BBS RS
- XXR 527
- etc.

I def want 18's.. but dont know whether I should go 18x9 or 19x9.5.

I dont want to rub, just be flushed. I'm riding on Eibach Sportline Springs.

Any suggestions, pics, opinions, comments, sales are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks

I agree. The two wheels I really want the offset it too low or they aren't available yet.

I'm with you... I've been searching for a good 3 or 4 months now and can't find the right combination of looks, size, weight and offset. But, my advice... start with the Wheels Gallery thread, and visit all of the manufacturers linked there.

RPF1 seems an easy choice.

i'd say unless theyre the 3pc concave rotiform BLQ's, just go with the CCWs or the BBS RS. Dont be scared! be adventurous! Although it is hard to find BBS RS' in that size...

Also, how "flush" did you want to be? im sure 18/19 (your preference) x 9.5 +35 would be great for sitting flush

I went with Work Meisters S1 3-Peice and i think im the first to have them on an frs (3-peice not 2-peice)

Any time I can't make my mind up over something I follow my rule: When in doubt do nothing. That's probably the biggest reason I just stay with what came from the factory.

I'm with you. I'm not spending 1.5-3k (with wheels) until I get what I want, and, hence I'm sticking with factory and continuing to search.

Good idea guys. Be 100% sure that's what you want before you buy! Don't settle for anything less than what you wanted or you'll regret it :happy0180:

Here's what I did to hel me figure out what wheels I like.
Find a few styles first that you like.
For me it is this:
-5-spoke
-mesh

Set a budget.

Then visit each major wheel manufacture website you can think of and see if they offer wheels in your preferred style. To be honest I have wheels that nobody else has on their frs/brz but that's bc I like have uniqueness to my car even if it costs money. You have to take the time to look at the wheels and picture them on the car unless u can find a photo of the car with them on or get someone to photoshop them on your car.

For me I liked BEE-r five spokes on their yellow rocket bunny brz before it got painted. Unfortunently they are discontinued. The closest thing I found to that was Enkei Kojin which wasn't out at the time I wanted to buy my current wheels.
So I went with my second favorite style. A forged MESH style from Avant Garde that is unreleased.

Good luck! By the way if you like any avant garde wheels pm me.

the worst part is when you dont have a budget other than the obscene (~700+ a wheel)....I flip flopped for like 2 months before I finally decided what I wanted. Biggest problem was just finding cars with those wheels and offsets to compare. Ended up going with gram lights just b/c I love the look at the offsets look perfect squared but I struggled forever with the 57xtreme's, Advan rs2's and the black edition TE37's. Ultimately decided I like the Xtreme's enough that the extra 1k could be put to better use.

My friend got a set of BEE-R wheels imported for 2k but they're only in 18x9.5 +25, 5x114.3. We'd need to run adapters for them and they'd be very aggressive
