Hotchkis springs....convince me...

300 miles in and I'm ready to purchase a set of springs. Originally I was set on the Eibach prokit because it came with new bump stops, but I ran H-Sport sway bars on my gti and I really like their product. My concern is the Hotchkis springs are going to be a bit lower than I expect....any updated pics from those who installed the Hotchkis springs?

Racecomp Engineering Yellows. The rates should work very well with the stock suspension including the dampers, the ride is actually improved, the drop is mild but welcome, they come with new bump stops, you support a forum vendor that has given a lot to the community, and they're yellow!

Our drop is 1" all around, so you do not have to worry about being too low. The springs lower just enough to get rid of the wheel gap and preserves proper suspension travel. The spring rate has been increased 45% in the front and 25% in the rear. Our goal with our sport springs was to maintain the original feel and agility of both the FR-S and BRZ, while improving handling & giving a proper looking ride height.

We also have sway bars, camber plates, and a front strut tower brace if you are interested in more of our products!

My car is the brz in those pics. I will try to take some pics this weekend to see how it looks settled in. Still comfortable and and drop isn't drastic enough to make me drive differently to prevent bottoming out.

I am also thinking about these springs. My car is a daily driver, so I want to not have to worry too much about scraping on driveways, etc. I do want to get rid of the huge fender gap. My question is, what happens to the camber when you drop the car an inch? Will it change to the point where I need front or rear adjustability to get it back to normal? Toe is easy to correct, but camber may take parts.

I have them, love them. It's perfect after the springs are in. No alignment needed. Fender gap removed.

Haven't need to change angle by going up or down driveways as much as I thought I would. as far as camber, I also added the camber bolts up front too and got at most -1.5° up front. Rears did not see any drastic change.

This was the first modification I did when I received the car. Installed them within the first week of owning her!

I was looking for a spring that would reduce some of the fender gap without changing the feel of the car. That is exactly what I got with these. Vehicle sits the way it should have from the factory. I didn't need to change my driving habits over dips or speed bumps/humps at all.

Nearly 3,000 miles later and it still sits and handles the way it did after I installed them.
