Got rear ended on the 401 on the way to a memorial. We were stopping for traffic, but young dad in car behind us didn't. Doing about 5kph, got hit at about 75-85kph. Picture doesn't look too bad (point-and-shoot with IR-converted camera) but gas tank is dented, she feels squirrely on curves and trunk won't open.

Going to dealer on Monday - bourbon and top gear tonight.

Spotted a red FR-S heading down Arthur St. towards drayton/alma area and a Blue BRZ headed into Elmira on Arthur St. Pretty cool seeing some of the cars out in the country

Monday I'll be sleeping in after a long day at Mosport DDT on Sunday. My goal is to sleep in until 4 or 5:00 in the afternoon Then have a Guinness for Breakfast.

Good idea though. I like the thought of a breakfast meet.

Speaking which... What is everyone's plan for the Cruise to Niagara next Sunday. My thought is for all of us to meet up prior to going down. But does everyone want to meet up with the rest at JRP, or at the halfway stop. Looks like a Stoney Creek pit-stop is planned, but I haven't really studied the route. I could be wrong on that one.

I wouldn't mind going all the way to JRP, but what is the group consensus here?

That was some mighty fine estimation on the part of the officer - NOT.

Despite not having huge brakes on our cars, I never worry about me stopping fast enough, I always worry about the guy behind me.

Finally got word from the collision center. Roughly 6k in damage. Rear bumper and re-bar, muffler, heat shield, diff, trunk lid, and trunk latch. All we're waiting on now is the muffler. With any luck we'll have Miko back in time for the cruse.

I haven't really bothered keeping up with what the plans are. Figured I'd check what they are on the day of, meet up, then tag along until I feel like ducking out.
