Rear arms are soaking in penetrating oil, possibly considering the hassle of replacing them instead of having Andrewtech do it. Not sure yet.

An $18 set of impact sockets from Harbor Freight includes a 21mm deep well, among lots of others.

Try getting two 21mm wrenches. Now that's a pain in the ass. I bought one as a gear wrench and it made my life a lot easier (Miata suspensions).

Said screw it. Andrewtech can deal with the camber bolts. I did install the rear arms though. Not sure if I like them yet, we'll see what the boys say when they align the car tomorrow.
