Also manager is being an ass since I said it was pointless to spend 200$ on designer bags or shoes and he said o and it better to get car parts to replace ones that already work
T_T fuck him, it makes way more sense.

Somehow I find it strange. You have a male manager who (yes, use the term "who", not the term "that") prefers spending $200 dollars on designer bags and yet you as a female who prefers to spend this amount of money on car parts. I would say, there is something wrong when God assigned the sex of you two in the beginning.....

lol, the other day someone asked me why I brought such a nice car to Berkeley... I am still not sure whether having people think I drive a Porsche is a good thing or a bad thing.

Haha yeah, but I think most of it has to do with him liking to pick on me.
O and it totally worked, I started to get very annoyed- he knew it too
This is the same guy who likes somes girly movies tho.. Got into argument about The notebook once. I thought it was stupid to be able to command your heart to just stop working. I'm sorry but it just doesn't work that way, I honestly thought the old man fell asleep at the end. So fucking stupid, and he's like o and It's ok for vampires to exist on movies.

Same. Sadly not much of a female magnet for me, or they just haven't approached me about it.

I didn't get the car for the women, but good god NO ONE asked me about my WRX. With this car it's all dudes and most of them know nothing. The middle-aged dads are my fave though.

I think of the few "Girly shit" I like to buy...

Bras from VS
Panties from VS
Dress Shirts from Express
Shirts from Superdry

Shoes from Nike (Is this considered girly? Lol) Specifically running shoes.
Asics/Onitsuka Casual/fashion shoes
FOSSIL BAGS Crossbody bags.
BabyG Watches..
Jeans from Pacsun because.. it makes me feel good.

As for car parts...
I can lag on that a bit since a house would be priority.

I think I shop like 1 third of that haha, damn Vs and hollister jeans...altho the amount of money I spent there over the course of the past few years has me set for awhile now lol

But if I did have a house forget it, my mom and I would be decorating the shit out of it...it'll hopefully look like something out of a magazine.
unless I end up living in one of these

This doesn't do it justice. I saw a book in barns and noble about tree houses, to this day I still regret not buying it because I cant find it anywhere...Basically forget everything you know about tree houses and now picture a fancy hotel room only in a tree

But now that I'm thinking about it, I would want it to be a second home.
..wow I have such crazy ideas, but you gotta admit how cool it would be to just own a chunk of beautiful land and sit down with people to design your own tree house....

Sounds cool but why must it be a second house? It would make a perfectly fine primary residence. Garage below - house in tree.

This.

But it would be so hard to not be tempted by new upgrades to make give the whip more vroom vroom.

That reminds me. There are kids who are lucky enough (spoiled maybe) to have parents build a tree house for them just like the one in that link.

Would I want one? Sure, why the hell not. I could be the modern day Tarzan, but I'd have to watch out for those trees. (I know.. lame)

And the few people I've met that actually have waited patiently to buy land and build a house to their liking. Well their houses turned out great and are something that would remind you of MTV cribs.

And my father has told me he's drawn up blueprints since he was in his early 30's to build a custom house, but that day will only happen when he decides to retire. If anyone deserves that it would be him.

Speaking of tree house, I thought those designs are good only for good weather states like the south where the temperature is above freezing points most of the time. For the cold northern states those tree houses have potential problems: heating/cooling/insulation issues and their foundation moves to warp the house. Furthermore, the space below the house cannot be used for garage since you need strong supporting woods dig into the ground (at least 4 feet for snow belt region) with concrete footing to support the structure. It is gonna be messy down below (if you look at the pictures closely).

Sorry to pop your dream, but that is the reality of house building and things. To me, this just look like a fancy Gazeebo with electricity running.
