No CEL yet but last week, on cold starts it would pop a couple times. That fell in line with symptoms some other people described for the leaky injectors. I decided to pre-emptively get it taken care of but as its warmed back up, it stopped happening. Likely, It'll just be getting my ecu updated and a general checkup, if i keep the appointment at all.

I'm really paranoid about my cars so i tend to freak out over every little thing.

Excellent. All my research has shown that the logical next step after the BRZ/FR-S as far as handling is concerned are the Caymans/ Boxsters. Good luck. :happy0180:

I hear you man. Better safe than sorry. I have a CEL which I haven't been able to get checked in over 2 months because of travel. Now, I just realized that having that CEL might not pass the inspection for Auto-X or track days.

We should do something like a gathering for F&F6.

A: our cars are in it
B: it's my birthday weekend

Yeah, it is lonely on this side. Everyone I know is in or around Detroit.
Battle Creek is a little over an hour from me, I'm closer to Chicago so everyone I know is there or in Indiana. BUT! I did spot another white FRS today! and a Batmobile...

I will be there with my co-driver with my still completely factory spec BRZ on prius tires. Looks like there are also 2 other BRZ/FR-S registered in RTR as well and a healthy 20 cars overall in RTR. Should be a fun day to come out and drive your car in anger!

Pre-registration closes at midnight on Friday, walk ups are still welcome but it's a bit more expensive.
Signed up! I have no idea what class I should be in but signed up for Street Touring Sport. First autocross so will prolly be the slowest car in class but I just want to run a few laps. Do you NEED a co-driver?

It was $35 registration and $15 weekend membership fee. Maybe there's more I need?

I think you're fine.

I guess if you buy one weekend membership you can apply that cost to a full year membership if you want. I was just thinking I would sign up for the full year right away..

maybe I'll just do what you did and sign up for the weekend only

Done.. I'm signed up!

Planning on installing my new exhaust and downpipe this afternoon or tomorrow. Hopefully that will help a little bit.

oops.. maybe I'm not supposed to be in street prepared class? I really have no idea what those classes are and what they require.

If you aren't sure the people at the registration table will help you sort it out.

If you are driving the BRZ, you aren't Street Touring Sport (STS)

What are your modifications?

Your choices are:
1) Street Tire CS (under PAX or INDEX, you will enter RTR)
2) C-Stock (don't choose unless you are driving on R-comp tires)
3) Street Touring eXtreme (STX)
4) Street Modified (SM)
5) ??

Chances are you would fall into either #1 or #3.

Don't be too worried about your preregistration, they can adjust it for you the morning of, but it's always less work for them if you are all squared away on the preregistration list.

Co-driver is not required and it's probably not "co-driver" in the sense you are thinking. They just want to know if more than 1 person will be driving in the same heat in the same car (the second driver would use the same # but with a "1" in front of it). Like if you look at my registration my Co-driver, Brad, is registered as RTR #92, I am registered as RTR #192.

If you want someone to ride along with you or go for a course walk feel free to seek me out. White BRZ #192.

Tim

My initial guess is you would be in STX (Street Touring eXtreme) but if you list what you have I can tell you.
