This looks like the same BRZ that was picked by Subaru of America among their fan photos on Facebook last Friday:

10+38 is already illegal and sorry but that is BS about the insurance.

I'm not a fan of the white but I do love those rims. Stance needs work, even just some crash bolts and more - at the front would help.

Also I think it would look better with a square offset, but I guess if you didn't want to push the limits on the front then at least you can have some dish at the back.

Well, no it isn't if your car is not legal/roadworthy, your insurance company can (and will) refuse to pay out.

Check your insurer's PDS for your insurance, but certainly mine says that all mods must be declared and legal and the vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition.

You're right in theory, all insurers require adr compliance, but in 10 years I've not heard of a refused claim over it and I'm in one of the most anal states for road worthiness.

Just this year I had a full write off payout on an at fault claim with a very defectable car both height, track, as well as various engine and suspension mods and the driver wasn't even on my policy (justcar).

Sorry to derail the thread and thanks for the pics OP.

Yep, sorry for the derail from me also.

Luck of the draw on insurance (I'm in QLD and insurers generally do not have a good rep here - flood insurance being a biggy).

Love the white on WRB though.

How do you feel the car with those wheels? It is slowly or is the same?

Sorry for reviving a dead post, but I must know a few things because I decided that this will be my set-up.

One, did you guys do any fender work on the rear for it to fit.
Two, would I be okay to run at stock height for a month or two while waiting for coils.
And Three, would KW V3 coils be an okay substitute as oppose to BC coils. Thanks guys. I appreciate it!

At least 2" drop.
The bc racing coilovers are normal or the extreme low option ??
