I assume you have what most people do as far as rental reimbursement(30 days?). If it takes longer, be prepared to force your insurance company to cover the additional days if it goes over your 30 allowed.

Your angle for the argument is that you used one of THEIR recommended shops which incidentally was the reason it took so long to even get started. That should be logical enough as long as you are willing to stand your ground, of course assuming the whole job takes more than 30 days.

I actually had my Mom back her Mercedes out of the garage straight into the front of my FR-S needed new fender, Headlight, Headlight Bracket. Only came out to $2,000. Your damage tho is going to be quite costly =/

I had to get a new bumper on mine a few weeks back and it only took three days after dropping it off. Super fast and easy! Just didn't enjoy the deductible :/
