Yep. My order went like this:

1998 Chevy Cavalier Z24
1992 Honda Civic hatch with LS/VTEC swap
2004 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast
2004 BMW M3
2009 BMW M3
2010 Chevy Corvette Z06 (light)
2012 Porsche Cayman R (lighter)
2013 Subaru BRZ (lightest)

I just like trying new things, but lightweight has been the focus of my last 3 choices.

The Future: I have already ordered a Greddy Evo3 exhaust as the car is way too quiet even with the turbo kit and no cats. I also plan to have the car custom dyno tuned. The four closest EcuTek tuning shops are Forged Performance in Atlanta, DD and D3PE in the Houston area, and FA20club in Southern Florida. I am still exploring my options on this, but would like to have it tuned later in March or April.

Current Modifications:
  • Full Blown Black Ceramic Coated Equal Length Turbo Manifold
  • Full Blown 550 hp Intercooler
  • Full Blown Aluminum Wrinkled Black Intercooler Piping
  • Full Blown Black Ceramic Coated 3" 4 Bolt Downpipe with Recirculating Dump Tube
  • Full Blown 3" Intake Pipe with K&N Filter
  • Full Blown 270 LPH Fuel Pump
  • Full Blown EcuTek 9 PSI Basemap Tune
  • Garrett GT2871R Oil/Water Cooled Ball Bearing Turbo
  • T31 .63 A/R 4 Bolt Inlet 2.5" 4 Bolt Outlet Turbine Housing
  • T04B 71 mm 56 Trim Wheel and .60 A/R Compressor Housing
  • Precision Turbo 39 mm External Wastegate
  • Tial 50 mm Q Blow Off Valve
  • GrimmSpeed Manual Boost Controller
  • Bosch 550cc Fuel Injectors
  • Dual 12" Slim Electric Cooling Fans
  • Fast-Turbo Vacuum Manifold
  • JDL Auto Design 2.5" Overpipe
  • JDL Auto Design 2.5" Frontpipe
  • ACT Heavy Duty Pressure Plate/6 Pad Sprung Race Disc Clutch

Hey KingTut, after watching your video I was like wow that place is familiar! Then I looked at your description and it said you're in gulf breeze! I saw a WRB BRZ limited today in Niceville and just wanted to know if that was you!

Are the engine mounts holding up? I wanted to get them all installed now but think I might as well wait for them to go before replacing.

There is definitely a chance it was me. I work at Eglin AFB, and I daily drive the BRZ to work and sometimes go to lunch in Niceville.

I don't have engine mounts, haha. I only have the perrin tranny and shifter mounts. I definitely want engine mounts though. I was going to wait to see if more options come out, or I will go with the Perrin.

We are in the same boat. I'm waiting to see if something else comes out.

Your build is looking good man!

I was going to do Perrin mounts but I really don't want to add more nvh. Hoping a good group N style mount kit comes out soon.

Figured I would update my thread. I have discovered it is definitely my Dell Laptop that gives me issues flashing the car with EcuTek. I used my EcuTek cable and a buddies Samsung laptop and it flashed the car much quicker and didn't fail. The car is running great at 14 psi, and I hope to get some datalogs tonight to send to @Visconti as we are still working on fine tuning my ignition timing. I am still loving my Full Blown kit, and I could not be happier with it. I realized I forgot to post my latest boost curve plot in this thread for people looking at running higher PSI on the Full Blown kit. This is with a Green 9.4 PSI spring in my Precision wastegate being controlled by a Go Fast Bits Electronic Boost Controller:

In other news my Advan RG-D in 18x9.5 +40 Gold form are arriving today. I hope they clear the front Brembos without a spacer. I am still evaluating my coilover options, but I will be definitely switcthing from my H&R Super Sports to coilovers to fit these wheels and will be wrapping them in Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/35/18 tires. I can't wait.
