Are you gonna take it to the dealership or independent shop for the 30K?

Good question. I think my last service was my last free one. I guess I hadn't thought about it.

I'm about to do my second oil change and was thinking of giving Eneos 0w20 a try. Anyone else running it? Does Napa stock it in store?

Unless it's a racecar being picky about oils is silly, IMO.

Cant totally agree that it is silly. Engines do take better to different oil it seems. My sti burned Rotella T6 quite a bit, Royal Purple a shit ton, Mobile 1 a ton but didnt burn a drop of German Castrol.

So far my car is happy on Mobile 1, so I am happy too. But regular maintnance is more important then the brand in the long run I think is the main point of all this.

Turbo motors are going to be way more picky, and generally burn more oil.

That's true, and I've gone about 7000 miles since my last change, so I'm trying to follow the maintenance schedule as best I can. Just wanted to see what everyone is running. I did my last change with Royal Purple and it's been fine up to now, just want to try something different. Maybe I'll go with Mobile 1 since it's readily available and what I ran in my WRX with no issues.

Blacked IN tails. That's what I am calling it anyway, they are certainly not blacked OUT!

They were cut open, chrome painted black, and sealed back up. PLEASE don't PM me asking me to make you some (I didn't make them). Someone local DID and I'll let him talk about process or whatever.

Thinking of trying this myself for my next oil change coming up soon but got a really good deal for the OEM oil, so I may skip til next one.

Agreed to both, my WRX was very picky with burning oil (I ended up using Swepco). Doesn't seem to be a problem with these cars.

I'm about to use Eneos 0w20 for my first change.

Amazon has gallons for fairly cheap with free shipping.

Does anybody know where I can purchase 3M tape and adhesive in a store preferably? Or does anyone have any leftover I can buy from them?

Tap Plastics would probably be the best bet. Or maybe lowes or Home Depot if they aren't sold out.
