Are you moving to Gainesville for school? I am a UF graduate, it is a great school and town.
Yes I am. In mid July I'm moving.

Drill stud out of header
Use bolt + nut to secure overpipe

I've drilled my fair share of broken studs out of manifolds/exhaust pipes.
It takes time, but its compeltely fixable.

There's no room around it to drill the stud out.

Honestly, we're all on the same boat.

I've had the following done:
Bad bra install, probable paint damage due to it.
my interior scratched up by installer
KEY RING indentation on my cup holder
over hang leaks black residue onto my car
I have kids around my complex who are teenagers, just old enough to appreciate the car in a bad way.

you think you're cursed, try stressing out when you see a bunch of teenagers loitering around your car in fear of it being scratched or having stuff stolen.

Your windows and bolt can be replaced, don't stress. I understand you're upset, we all do about shit happening to things we care about.

Many are replacing the stock header with aftermarket.. You can pick up a new used one for cheap.. Look on the 4sale area..
These problems are minor... You will get it worked out and be happy again..

You're not officially cursed until your car gets into an accident. So sit back, relax and grab some !
