My car is cursed

3 days after I got it, drivers side window was shattered. Driving on Sunday, windshield got chipped and is spidering out. Now, the overpipe isn't going on because the original bolt had to be broken to be taken off and now there isn't enough threading. The exhaust guy has tried everything and he can't get it to come out. I'm so ready to just sell the car. As much fun as it is to drive, it's been a lot less fun with the problems.

Exhaust guy broke a bolt and some shitty luck with windows. What a catastrophic failure! Sell it right away!

I've had it for two weeks and I've had it in the shop more than I've been able to drive it. It's cost me probably $1500 more after I bought it because of all this stuff.

Now! in most of the Asia Countries, people do believe in a blessed car, or a cursed one. No joke. That is the reason why many people, who just purchased a car, will open a party, and then spill beer on the hood as an offering to the car spirit to bless them, and protect them from Freak Accidents.

Again, this is not a joke, it is a total True !

And the only way to get the bolt fixed is to replace the header, which I don't have the money for right now.

I'll take your car off of you for $300, I'll even throw in a few sticks of gum and a shoe string!

eh, honestly, its just bad luck man. Once you get everything squared away you'll be back to loving it again.

The windshield was going to get fixed today, but I had to cancel the appointment because my car has been at the exhaust guy for 3 hours. And I doubt they will help me at all with warranty because it's because of the aftermarket exhaust that I'm having these problems.

When you mod, you risk damaging the car. Exhaust guy broke a bolt, he should replace it =/ sorry, that's how I see it. Unless you're passive aggressive. I'd ask him to replace the bolt and be done with it.

Window I can understand, but that's just where you live & where you drive. Try to park your car in a more secure location. Front window, replace it =/ Not much you can do about that one.

Sorry for all the mishap, hopefully you'll get to enjoy your car more once you get over the hurdle.

Exactly. You can't blame the car for any of this. You decided to go aftermarket, and cannot blame the car for that. It could be 100% your "exhaust guy" who is at fault. Someone smashed your window? That can happen on any car at any time. Same with the windshield. Before we sold it a few months ago, my wife's 2006 Honda Odyssey was on it's fourth new windshield. We lived in an area with lots of new house construction (rocks) and it gets super cold here in Minnesota, so it happens. I have State Farm and it costs me zero out of pocked for windshield replacement.

I think you should just take a deep breath and put this in perspective. I am sure it sucks having these issues, but this could be any car.

Okay, if you actually believe a "curse" is an actual thing, what if the "curse" is attached to you, not the car. In that case, the merciful thing to do would be to transfer the car to an un-cursed person.
