Not everyone is willing to pay a $150 premium for a tune with the similar gains and features as every other EcuTek tuner in our market. If you're so sorry that you're losing customers to other tuners you could always lower your prices to something more competitive; but I already know your answer to that.

$975 for a Visconti tune where everyone else is around $825-$850... Save the marketing and defend your tunes' WHP gains compared to others that justify all that extra money. Here's your chance to win us over.

i have over 200. cost me a little over a grand. ask yruyur about his butt dyno read out when he compared his e85 tune vs my header back with a crank pulley.

Because 218 hp at 8500 deliver more torque at the wheels (shift point is later). And torque at the wheels is what moves the car.

Well, any compact car with a diesel engine has more torque at the flywheel than a formula 1 car. But a formula 1 car has still significantly more torque at the wheels (and is one of the reasons why it accelerates significantly quicker than a compact car).

I usually go for a long drive (about 20-40 miles) and the car seems to adjust just fine within that time.

I need to reset my ECU, since I got the CEL from the Injen intake. Going tomorrow to see what the code is, but most likely because the car is running lean at high RPMs.

Dyno'd at 181.5 whp with just headers. Have the intake on now, and the shop is convinced that I'll be very close to 200 after a tune (dyno'd 180 with intake, increase in torque. don't remember how much). I don't know for certain, but they're convinced with how strong it feels when they're doing a pull. I'll show a dyno sheet tomorrow, got it in my car. (pre-intake)

on pump 93 i doubt you are going to see 200, but if you're running e85 it shouldn't be a problem

I'm almost flattered. I'm in Arizona, if you're so sure I'm mistaken you could make the drive and show everyone the truth by racing me. If you're not scared there Bob, or should I refer to you as Dominic toretto?

Not sure I understand how 218hp and 144 tq is better than say 205hp and 158tq....if I understand how all this relates then the weight of the car in question would determine which power curve is more suited.

A lighter car would benefit from the hp adv while a heavier one would need the tq

Let's say for arguments sake that both cars had flat torque and the same rpm band to play with say 2500 from 6k-7.5 and 7k-8.5.

Our FA20 gets 150 tq and the k20 gets 140 FA20 does 200 HP and k20 is 210. With the same slope.

You mean 4th. He was here and gone very quickly in his 3rd incarnation, with all his post being deleted after his demise, and no Ezwood is not Gem.
