to those of you that have hit 200whp (presuming it's on e85), how much did it cost? how much more would it've cost to just toss on a turbo and be done with it?

Well, Ecutek software, license, cable, and E85 tune $900. Header $625, header back exhaust $600, so I have $2,125 into it. Torque dip is gone, pulls good down low and up top, and sounds great too. Basic turbo kits start around the $3500-$4500 and should net you 250-300whp out of the gate.

Why would anyone want 130ft-lbs and 218 hp at 8500 over 165ft-lbs and 190hp at 6500.....
Hondas have always been torque less wonders... Kinda reminds me of the last gen celica... Slow as balls because it had zero tq. HP sells cars....Torque wins races.

and it's true, peak numbers mean jack and squat. Area under the curve is what you want.

between ATL BRZ's dyno and the k20 i don't see much difference....15 hp or 10tq
5k-7k or 6.5k to 8.5k I don't think you'd benefit much on a swap....IMHO
