I don't know enough about any of them to make a final decision. Lol.. Carts stay full, checkout never gets completed in reference to the injectors.

I know the fuel pump is the closest to OE out of all of them from what ive read.

Yeah I saw it too, have no idea what each mean, but probably means off, on and general things like that.

Found an online calculator for duty cycle, and taking one number got that at 6000 RPM, Duty cycle for my injectors is 55%.

Will try more and see the differences.

@lbroskee @killerkid08

6600 RPMs, 62% Duty Cycle

7479 RPM, 66% Duty Cycle

So yes, because of the DI system, we have lotsssss of room.

Calculator: http://www.stealth316.com/2-calc-idc.htm

ECUTek log gives you IPW in mS and obviously engine RPM

It depends on what controller you get. I have Perrin's. The way that one works, is every turn adds about 1.5 psi of boost, so its not total blindsided guesswork. After adjustment, you drive it in 3rd or 4th gear to make sure you added about the amount of boost you wanted. The gauge will also tell you, no need to wit for the log.

lower the duty cycle the higher the injector size needed it looks like tho

300 at the flywheel at 80% needs 640cc, while at 65% needs 787cc

Go with an electronic boost controller.

Nothing like making them feel good running straight WG, and at the press of a button pushing X psi the next run.

I think you don't understand what Duty Cycle means. Duty Cycle is a value that tells you the amount of time the injector is open when compared the amount of time it takes the engine to complete a revolution. That time will vary with each RPM. A lower duty cycle only tells you that the injector is opening very little time, which is a good thing. So to paraphrase your statement, To lower the duty cycle, you need bigger injectors.

With that in mind, from your statement, what that means is, to be at 80% duty cycle you need 640 cc injectors and to be at 65% duty cycle, you need 787 cc injectors. And again, those numbers do not apply to us because the DI system injects fuel at a high pressure, and takes the bulk of work off of the port injectors.
