I didn't get that much. I was asking $23k and willing to take $22,250 on a private sale. Now they're selling it for $24,598 but I don't think they'll get it.

I can't even begin to tell you the low ball offers I got from Craigslist, Cars.com, and this site.

It was really hard to find anyone willing to pay that in the Mid-Atlantic market. It's understandable because for a few thousand more you can just get a new one. It takes that right person to jump on a car that's well cared for to save a little coin. The savings would have paid for some nice mods.

Looks like CarMax dropped it to $23,998. That's where I thought they'd price it to start.
