BRZ will be in STX. Same parts. I should have time to get the break-in and parts installed before the next SCCA solo event.
My FR-S buyer is taking it stock, but dipped orange. I may dip the BRZ yellow... but not sure, as I do still have a gallon of orange left.

I know this is probably not the best place to ask. I wanted to try out autocross for a very very long time already, but never really have a chance or the car to try it. so what is the best approach to get similar with it or even trying it?

Was going to sign up but my brother is going to be in town. Going to be doing family things all day. We will be hitting up Katie's the day before though.
As for AT vs. MT, having only one shift point in an autocross, it generally doesn't make much difference. The AT's have the advantage of an easy downshift into first if they want it, but that usually just leads to tire spin. It really comes down to driver skill. @UncleFester can shed some light on this as I feel like I remember him commenting on his car downshifting into first meaning he lost too much speed. |
