You want it smaller for more power, not larger.

Are you getting confused with the pulley here? Or am I?

It could be smaller pulley or larger wheel (assuming centrifugal charger) to increase power.

Yeah, hence the question.

250whp is the range I'm looking to achieve with a supercharger. That sounds more like it!

Lol Well, i was actually referring to the power capability of the actual compressor wheel on the S/C. I was reading up on some things and i seen that the GTS7040 is capable of 400ps, but i was wondering if we could use the GTS8550 for more power, but from what it looks like it would be pretty damn custom... lol

My build thread is over here to see all the mods
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40233

But what's important is HKS Supercharger, injectors, fuel pump, high flow cat exhaust, 95mm pulley for 10.5psi, e85 tune but only mixed at 68. I'm not sure how much more power it makes at 85.

They are replacing it with the GT2 Supercharger (it's on the HKS japan site). But this is good news! I haven't seen much info on it.

so the v3 kit will come with the v2's supercharger? why would they do that but still sell it as a v3 kit?
