What real world are you talking about?
As if my 200hp fc3s couldn't out accelerate a 300hp sedan...or my 160hp 240sx s14 wasn't powerful enough for the highway for passing a 400hp Audi. They are substantially less powerful than the BRZ and less equipped, looked just as good..and did all what you said, very well. Seriously, sounds like everywhere you drive everyone is going super fast.

The car can chirp the tires on the 2-3 shift and people are still whining about no power? Think of the $, people, you aren't going to be doing laying down 200 foot long strips of rubber for low 20K...

I'm disappointed (but not surprised) by the lack of road feel. Hopefully good tires will help with that.

I think the same quote was used for the ITR back in 97 too. I remember some magazines/people complaining about how loud, stiff and raw it was.
I love the car for those reasons.

I'm not sure either.. sadly for me the only thing that will make it worth it is the heated alcantara seats. The rest is meh.

Totally agree, the ITR to this day is one of the best enthusiast driving cars ever built by a major auto manufacturer.

lol everyone thinks I'm crazy but I love heated seats. I used to think they were the most pointless thing ever if you lived in Florida until I used them in a friends tow vehicle when heading over to sebring, daytona, etc.. now I want them in whatever my next car is.
The really sad part is that I'm considering spending the 3k extra (or whatever) just to have them even though I know I'll hate the auto climate control (I like how the auto CC looks though, much nicer than the manual because of the switchgear under it). Push button start is a take it or leave it for me. Fog lights at best just means I don't have to make holes in the bumper for brake ducts, just remove the fog lights and attach the duct

I think after looking at all the info/pics/reviews I'm going to have to go with the BRZ. I initially liked the looks of the FRS better, but the options list and detials are better on the Subaru IMO.
