I don't think that is the pulley. Mine sounds like that occasionally and it is stock.

That's your fuel pump, so unrelated to your pulley. Could be your fuel or the fuel pump. I believe there is a TSB out for it, however it's a hit or miss since some people had it come back even after the fix.

Hihgh pressure Fuel Pump for the Direct Injectors. It's the infamous chirp sound. You can do the TSB if you like, it probably won't solve the sound. It is nothing wrong with the car, just sound.

Thank you Books and everyone else that thread put me at ease knowing its not just my car. So now to name my cricket ill name him Rambo cause its makes as much noise as he does hip firing a M60
