So my tpms light never turned on even though the new wheels have regular valve stems. I texted my sales guy at the dealer in wi and he said that all FRS were designed to be able to swap wheels without having the light turn on. for example a track day

Can anyone else shed any light on this?

The light will come on after driving ~20 miles. If you never drive farther than that and park next to your stock wheels in between trips, you would never see the tpms light.
