K, here's the situation we're stuck on. SCCA was going to help out autox on Friday night 7~midnight. We were planning to go with this plan... BUT yesterday when they were double checking on the space, to autox they found out that we have to be out by 10PM. If we get registration going from 5PM & start autox from 6PM, we'll be able to autox of 3hrs.

3hrs is decently good time range IMO, but I want to hear what everyone gotta say. Is 3 hrs of autox worth $25?

Please let me know by posting here. We gotta get this thing locked down, so we can get schedule & vendor stuff rolling out

If it is organized well enough with a group under 50 cars that is a fair price. I see people getting plenty of runs in. I can arrive early and help with setup.

SCCA have working hard & able to do til 11PM! When we get lock down on this stuff, I'll update it ASAP!

I know before I said that I might be going but now it's a definite yes cause I just bought my hotel room. Looking forward to seeing more cars than in Livermore and hopefully some of those rocket bunny kits.

@ichitaka05 if you need a body for setup/preparations prior to the events like 1 or 2 days ahead of time i should be in town wed/thurs. My arrangements are set and I will be there buwhahahha

As for Friday, we got SCCA cover on that.

For Saturday thing... maybe. Still going through detail schedule.

ALRIGHT! Hachi have signed a contract w SCCA (thank you Hachi), so we're releasing Friday AutoX info!

FRIDAY AutoX Info:
AutoX fee will be $25. More payment information will come (when I clear few things with Hachi).
We will have AutoX at Silverton.
EVERYONE who's autox'ing need to pre-register at MotosportReg. When SCCA make the event open, I'll update it here, so everyone can register there.
Check-in (sign LVR and Silverton waivers), tech inspection of cars and walking the course will be from 6:00PM until 6:45PM.
Driver’s meeting (mandatory) will be from 6:45 PM to 6:55 PM.
Gridding and first car out will be at 6:55 PM.
NO ALCOHOL will be allowed at the Silverton at any time.

Do you need an scca membership to participate? also will there be loaner helmets available?

No, you don't need to be a SCCA member to participate.

Loaner helmet? SCCA should be providing one for members.

I doubt they will provide helmets. I can't think of any SCCA event I have been to where helmets were provided. Go, I will email them. Worst comes to worst I will whore out my bobba fett livery shoei helmet and you guys can cycle it

Really? While back, when I went to autox, they did provided me one... but yeah, if you can double check w them
