i was thinking possibly meet up at one of the oasis on 294 south and then head on over to the meet or meet up some were else whatever is easiest.

Yeah I was thinking meet there. Any particular time we should set it for? Say meet between 1030am-11am leave by 1115?

Or, for those of us coming in from the west we could all meet at the hinsdale oasis with the guys coming from the north and leave @ 11:40.
