Same issue here with the technical inspection. Maybe those pictures may help you (I'm running aswell 8.75x18 +35 with 245/35 Tires and Pro-Kit springs)

I just realised that I will always have to go to the technical inspection in October, so I can always switch back to the stock rims since I'll put winter tires on them anyway...

Tein Street Basis are so underrated because of the cost, I would take them over a lot of the more expensive 32 way adjustable BC/KSport/D2,etc.

I've been searching for rims for a while now, and just found this XXR thread. Always thought XXRs were at the $700/per range, and finding out it's <$200/per damn... pinned on my list for sure, these look really nice!
